  • SOS Exercise Physiology is directly partnered with SOS Running.

At SOS Running our team of experienced coaches and clinicians are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential, whilst reducing the risk of being out with injury.

The SOS Running difference is that we will provide that extra care, through additional Allied Health skillsets; the running coach and healthcare professional, all in one!

Whether it be recurrent injury, biomechanical/form deficits or simply strength training for running, you'll be in safe hands within the SOS Running community!

  • As you know, strength/resistance exercise is imperative for maintaining our strength whilst we age!

Quite often we notice the obvious barrier to engaging with resistance exercise - what do I actually need to do?!?

We can offer you guidance through teaching you the skills required to engage with strength training for the remainder of your life; making ourselves redundant!
